CUSTOMER SERVICE HOURS
Online customer service hours are between 10am and 4pm (AEST) Monday to Friday.
ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY
All international and domestic orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours. Giclee prints are ordered individually from our printer and limited editions require paintwork. Allow 14 working days from order date before dispatch for giclee prints.
BreakAway Art orders are only dispatched Monday to Friday. BreakAway Art always attempts to deliver to customers within the stated delivery time frame but cannot take responsibility for circumstances beyond their control that hinder or delay the order.
International
Prints: All packages are shipped with Australia Post and are fully insured. A fee of $95 per package is incurred.
Originals: Original paintings are packed in plywood crates and any crate measuring less than 1.5m sq is shipped with Australia Post. An international art freight company will deliver all larger original paintings to anywhere in the world. The cost is dependent on dimensions and weight. Freight is charged at cost to the customer.
Domestic
Prints: All packages are shipped with Australia Post and each package incurs a fee of $25.
Originals: Original paintings are shipped by courier. The fee is dependent on size and weight and is charged to the customer at cost.
Pictures are used for illustration purposes only - Not all pictures used are an exact representation of the product listed.
All care is taken to ensure that pricing is current and accurate at time of up-load, however, we take no responsibility for typographical errors.
Any incorrect pricing will be immediately corrected upon notification to BreakAway Art.
Prices on the website do not always reflect in store pricing and in some cases are only available on-line. Web prices and ‘Exclusive Web Deals’ are separate and independent of BreakAway Art retail prices.
PAYMENT METHODS
BreakAway Art accepts payment by all major credit cards including VISA, MASTERCARD and BANKCARD. Money orders, cheques or direct deposits are also accepted.
We do not offer COD (cash on delivery).

REFUNDS
Please choose carefully as we do not give refunds simply because you change your mind or make a wrong decision.
EXCHANGE
Where a print is damaged in transit BreakAway Art will exchange the print on receipt of the damaged article. Freight charges will be BreakAway Art’s responsibiltiy.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of submitting your order to BreakAway Art for a full refund.
RETURNS POLICY
BreakAway Art will exchange any print you are not completely satisfied with. In the case of Giclee prints, where painting is specific to the customer’s request, no exchange is possible.
