Shipping Information

International
Prints: All packages are shipped with Australia Post and are fully insured at a cost of $95.00 per package to the purchaser.

Originals:  Original paintings are packed in plywood crates and any crate measuring less than 1.5m sq is shipped with Australia Post.  An international art freight company will deliver all larger original paintings to anywhere in the world.  The cost is dependent on dimensions and weight.  Freight is charged at cost to the purchaser.

Domestic
Prints:  All packages are shipped with Australia Post, at a cost of $25.00 per package to the purchaser.

Originals:  Original paintings are shipped by courier.  The cost is dependent on size and weight and is charged to the purchaser.

All international and domestic orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours.  Giclee prints are ordered individually from our printer and limited editions require paintwork.  Allow 14 working days from order date before dispatch for giclee prints.

Returns
Goods returned within 14 days of receipt, in original condition can be fully exchanged for any other available item of the same value except in the case of Giclee prints, where painting is specific to the purshaser’s request, no exchange is possible.  Freight charges are the responsibility of the purchaser unless an error was made by Breakaway Art supplying incorrect or defective goods, in which case Breakaway Art will pay the freight.
